The Bilateral Air Services Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Rwanda and the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania, signed at Aqaba, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, on 4 December 2019, annexed to this Order, is ratified and becomes fully effective.
