Statute overview

About this statute

Hotels and restaurants are classified into three categories based on the establishment’s comfort and the quality of services provided. Hotel-restaurant operators must not charge food prices to guests staying in the hotel who do not take any meal in the establishment. Hotel-restaurant operators must not refuse lodging to people just because they do not want to take meals there.
