Ingingo ya 2 : Ikoreshwa Inoti nshya y’amafaranga ibihumbi bitanu (5.000 Frw) izakoreshwa hamwe n’inoti zisanzweho z’amafaranga ibihumbi bitanu (5.000 Frw), ibihumbi bibiri (2.000 Frw), igihumbi (1.000 Frw), magana atanu (500 Frw) n’ijana (100 Frw). Ingingo ya 3 : Umugereka Hashyizwe kuri iri teka umugereka ugaragaza ibiranga inoti y’amafaranga ibihumbi bitanu (5.000 Frw) kandi ufatwa nk’ingingo zirigize. Ingingo ya 4 : Abashinzwe kubahiriza iri teka Minisitiri w’Intebe na Minisitiri w’Imari n’Igenamigambi bashinzwe kubahiriza iri Article One : Purpose of this Order This Order issues a new five thousand ( Rwf 5,000 ) Banknote as legal tender in Rwanda by the National Bank of Rwanda. Article 2 : Circulation The new said banknote shall circulate simultaneously with the banknotes of five thousand (5,000 Rwf), two thousand (2,000 Rwf), one thousand (1,000 Rwf), five hundred (500 Rwf) and one hundred (100 Rwf) Rwandan francs in circulation. Article 3 : Annex There is an annex to this Order containing the specifications of the five thousand (Rwf 5000) banknotes and the annex shall form part of this Order. Article 4 : Authorities responsible for the implementation of this Order The Prime Minister and the Minister of Finance and Economic Planning are Article Premier : Objet du présent arrêté Le présent arrêté porte émission d’un nouveau billet de Banque de Cinq mille francs rwandais (5000Frw) par la Banque Nationale du Rwanda et ayant cours légal au Rwanda. Article 2 : Circulation Le nouveau billet de banque de cinq mille francs rwandais (5.000 Frw) circulera simultanément avec les billets ayant cours légal au Rwanda de cinq mille (5.000 Frw), de deux mille (2.000 Frw), de mille (1.000 Frw) de cinq cents (500 Frw) et de cent (100 Frw) francs rwandais. Article 3 : Annexe L’annexe portant les descriptions du billet de cinq mille francs rwandais (5.000 Frw) est attachée au présent arrêté et constitue sa partie intégrante. Article 4 : Autorités chargées de l’exécution du présent arrêté Le Premier Ministre et le Ministre des Finances et de la Planification Economique OG N°33 OF 17/08/2009 86 teka.
