ENACTED by the President and the National Assembly. Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Associations (Amendment) Act, 2023. [14th August 2023] As s ociations (Amendment) Act 418 REPUBLIC OF SEYCHELLES SUPPLEMENT TO OFFICIAL GAZETTE ACT Repeal of section 1 2. Section 1 of the Associations Act, 2022 is repealed and substituted with the following new section — “Short title and commencement 1. This Act may be cited as the Associations Act, 2022 and shall come into operation on such day as the Minister may, by notice published in the Gazette appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of the Act.” I certify that this is a correct copy of the Bill which was passed by the National Assembly on 9th August, 2023.
