ENACTED BY THE PRESIDENT AND THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY. Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act, 2025. [18th August 2 0 2 5 ] Pub lic Procurement (Amendment) Act 309 REPUBLIC OF SEYCHELLES SUPPLEMENT TO OFFICIAL GAZETTE ACT Amendment of section 23 of the Public Procurement Act (Cap.305) 2. The Public Procurement Act (Cap.305) (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Act”) is amended in subsections (1) and (3) of section 23, by repealing the word “Director” and therefor substituting the words “Chief Executive Officer” respectively. Amendment of section 24 3. Section 24 of the principal Act is amended — (a) by repealing the marginal heading and therefor substituting the following marginal heading — “Chief Executive Officer”; (b) in subsections (1), (2), (3), (4) and (5), by repealing the word “Director” and therefor substituting the words “Chief Executive Officer” respectively. Amendment of section 26 4. Section 26 of the principal Act is amended by repealing the word “Director” occurring at both places and therefor substituting the words “Chief Executive Officer” respectively.
