The Political Parties (Registration and Regulation) Act is hereby amended by inserting immediately after the definition of “donation” in section 29A (5) a semi-colon and the following new paragraph — “any contribution, donation or assistance for the sole purpose of human capacity improvement, capacity development, capacity building, and training of members of a political party shall not be considered as a contravention of the section.”
