ENACTED BY THE PRESIDENT AND THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY. Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Business Tax (Amendment) Act, 2025. [18th August 2025 ] B usiness Tax (Amendment) Act 301 REPUBLIC OF SEYCHELLES SUPPLEMENT TO OFFICIAL GAZETTE ACT Amendment of section 61 of the Business Tax Act (Cap.20) 2. The Business Tax Act (Cap.20) is amended in subsection (5) of section 61 by repealing the words “Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority” and “Civil Aviation Authority” and therefor substituting the words “Seychelles Airports Authority” at both places respectively.
