[9th January 2023] L and Reclamation Act 1 REPUBLIC OF SEYCHELLES SUPPLEMENT TO OFFICIAL GAZETTE SI S.I. 1 of 2023 LAND RECLAMATION ACT (Cap 106) Land Reclamation (Retrospective Authority) (No.10) Order, 2022 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Land Reclamation Act, the President makes the following order — 1. This order may be cited as the Land Reclamation Citation (Retrospective Authority) (No.10) Order, 2022. 2. Retrospective Authority is given for the reclamation Retrospective of the area specified in the following Schedule — SCHEDULE The reclaimed area of approximately 176 square meters situated at Roche Caiman, Mahe bounded — (a) on the southern western sides by parcel S5757; (b) on the northern western sides by parcel S8551; (c) on the northern eastern and southern eastern sides by sea.
