Section 7A of the Constitutional Appointees' Emoluments Act, (Cap 256) in this Act referred to as the “principal Act” is amended in paragraph (c) by repealing the words “upon ceasing to hold office”. Amendment of section 8 3. Section 8 of the principal Act is amended in subsection (3)(c) by inserting after the letter “(j)”, the letter “(m)”.
