Paragraph (e) of subsection (2) of section 2 of the Control of Supplies and Services Act, (Cap 49) is repealed and substituted with the following paragraph — “(e) create offences for breaches thereof and provide that such offences be punishable with imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or with fine not exceeding level 2 of the Standard Scale or with both.”.
