ENACTED by the President and the National Assembly. Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Supplementary Appropriation Act, 2024. [18th December 2 0 2 4 ] Supplementary Appropriation Act 344 REPUBLIC OF SEYCHELLES SUPPLEMENT TO OFFICIAL GAZETTE ACT Appropriation of Expenditure 2. The sum not exceeding three hundred and ninety million, twenty two thousand, three hundred and ninety five rupees and sixty three cents (SCR390,022,395.63) referred to in the supplementary estimate approved by the resolutions of the National Assembly on Wednesday 4th October (SCR275,506,848.63), and on Thursday 5th December 2024 (SCR120,515,547), is hereby appropriated from the Consolidated Fund for the purposes specified in the supplementary estimate.
