[8th November 2021] Supplement to Official Gazette 835 UNEMPLOYMENT RELIEF SCHEME (REPEAL) ACT, 2021 (Act 46 of 2021) I assent Wavel Ramkalawan President 4th November, 2021 AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE REPEAL OF THE UNEMPLOYMENT RELIEF SCHEME ACT, CAP 243. ENACTED by the President and the National Assembly. Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Unemployment Relief Scheme (Repeal) Act, 2021. 836 Supplement to Official Gazette [8th November 2021] Repeal of Cap 243 2. The Unemployment Relief Scheme Act (Cap 243) is hereby repealed and the Unemployment Relief Scheme established under section 3 of the Act shall stand dissolved. Transfer of funds 3. On the repeal of the Act, any moneys in the Unemployment Relief Fund, established under section 6 of the Act, shall be transferred into the Consolidated Fund.
