ENACTED by the President and the National Assembly. Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Supplementary Appropriation Act, 2023. [22nd Decemb e r 2 0 2 3 ] S u pplementary Appropriation Act 712 REPUBLIC OF SEYCHELLES SUPPLEMENT TO OFFICIAL GAZETTE ACT Appropriation of Expenditure 2. The sum not exceeding four hundred and seventy four million, six hundred and twenty nine thousand, two hundred and twenty two rupees and sixty one cents (SCR474,629,222.61) referred to in the supplementary estimate approved by the resolutions of the National Assembly on Wednesday 28th September 2022 (SCR472,807,404.81), and on Monday 4th December 2023 (SCR1,821,817.80), is hereby appropriated from the Consolidated Fund for the purposes specified in the supplementary estimate.
