ENACTED by the President and the National Assembly. Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Unemployment Relief Scheme (Repeal) Act, 2021. iv Supplement to Official Gazette [4th October 2021] Repeal of Cap 243 2. The Unemployment Relief Scheme Act (Cap 243) is hereby repealed and the Unemployment Relief Scheme established under section 3 of the Act shall stand dissolved. Transfer of funds 3. On the repeal of the Act, any moneys in the Unemployment Relief Fund established under section 6 of the Act shall be transferred in the Consolidated Fund.
