[10th January 2022] Supplement to Official Gazette 1 S.I. 1 of 2022 COURT FEES (SUPREME COURT) AND COSTS ACT (Cap 53) Court Fees (Supreme Court) and Costs (Amendment of First Schedule) Rules, 2022 In the exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4 and 22 of the Court Fees (Supreme Court) and Costs Act, the Chief Justice hereby makes the following rules — 1. These rules may be cited as the Court Fees (Supreme Court) and Costs (Amendment of the First Schedule) Rules, 2022. 2. The First Schedule to the Court Fees (Supreme Court) and Costs Act is hereby amended by inserting the following in Part 1 - General — APPLICATION TO APPOINT EXECUTOR AND FIDUCIARY UNDER CURATELLE ACT In addition to fees and charges for the entering and hearing of a petition for appointment of executor or fiduciary under these Rules, the following fees shall apply to a petition under the Curatelle Act for the appointment of an executor and fiduciary — 87. on registration of the extract of the Order 200 88.
