The Minister of Finance, National Planning and Trade may by warrant under the hand of the Minister authorise the issue from the Consolidated Fund for the services of the Republic for the year 2025, of a sum not exceeding Rupees Eleven billion, nine hundred and one million, six hundred and twenty one thousand and forty five (R 11,901,621,045) which sum shall be appropriated in accordance with the Schedule for the purposes specified therein.
