ENACTED by the President and the National Assembly. 1. This Act may be cited as the Central Bank of Short title Seychelles (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 2020. iv Supplement to Official Gazette [3rd August 2020] Amendment of 2. The Central Bank of Seychelles Act, 2004 is Cap 26 amended in section 29A(1) by repealing the words “3 years” and substituting therefor the words “5 years”.
