Short title 1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Passport (Fees) Ordinance, 1997. Interpretation 2. In this Ordinance— “Immigration Officer” means the Immigration Officer of St Helena; “passport” includes a British passport, an alien passport, an emergency passport and a United Kingdom entry certificate. Fees 3. The fees set out in the Schedule are to be levied by the Immigration Officer in relation to the issue of passports and other ancillary matters in Ascension. Amendment of Schedule 4.
