This section changes two definitions in section 1 of the Wattle Bark Industry Act, 1960. This section replaces three definitions in section 1 of the Forest Act, 1984. Section 2 of the Forest Act, 1984 is amended by deleting subsection (1). Section 87A of the Forest Act, 1984 is repealed. This section replaces the definition of “Minister” in section 1.
