Statute overview

About this statute

This Act adjusts appropriations of money from the National Revenue Fund for the State’s 2012/2013 financial year. Terms already defined in the Appropriation Act, 2012 or the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 keep those meanings here unless the context shows otherwise. Money appropriated to a vote or main division listed in Schedule 2 may only be used as allowed by this Act. This section says certain defined terms keep the meanings given in earlier Acts unless the context requires otherwise, and it sets out Parliament’s budget changes for the 2012/13 financial year. An allocation in Schedule 2 must be used for the purpose stated, unless Parliament changes that purpose.
