This provision amends section 9 of the principal Act by deleting subsection (7) and repeals section 11 of Act 69 of 1996. Section 11 of the principal Act is repealed. The Minister must, after consulting the President, appoint Board members from nominated persons and fill Board vacancies as they arise. The Minister may dissolve the Board after it has finished its activities, but no later than 4 years after the commencement date.
