The Supplementary Appropriation (for Financial Year 2021/22) Act, 2022

1. This Act may be cited as the Supplementary Appropriation (for Financial Year 2021/22) Act, 2022 and shall be read together with Appropriation Act, 2021.

2. The expressions used in this Act shall each have the meaning ascribed to them in the Public Finance Act and the Budget Act.

3. The Treasury may the Consolidated Fund and apply towards the supply granted for the service of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, 2022, the sum of One Trillion, Three Hundred Ten issue out of 3 Billion, Six Hundred Fifty Million, Two Hundred and Nine Thousand Shillings. 4.
