About this statute

This section gives the Act’s short title and says it must be read together with the Appropriation Act, 2003. Words used in this Act take the meaning given to them in the Public Finance Act. The Treasury may withdraw money from the Consolidated Fund and use it for the supply granted for the year ending 30 June 2004. The sum granted by paragraph 3 must be appropriated to the purposes and amounts listed in the Schedule. The Minister may borrow money up to a stated cap, and may charge the borrowing on United Republic assets, subject to the stated time limits and conditions.
