The Urban Planning (Kakobe Planning Area) Order, 2021

1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Planning (Kakobe Planning Area) Order, 2021. Declaration of planning area Cap. 355 Scheme of scheduled area

2. The area described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a planning area for the purposes of the Urban Planning Act.

3. General and Detailed Schemes for the scheduled area shall be prepared and deposited with the Director of Urban Planning and Buchosa District Executive Director. 1 Urban Planning (Kakobe Planning Area) Gn. No. 614(Contd.) _________ SCHEDULE __________ The planning area is contained in the following boundaries: “Commencing at point at the shoreline of Lake Victoria, close for a point where the road from Bulyaheke crosses the boundary at UTM coordinates 424775.607, 9741176.51, the boundary follows South-west direction for a distance of 1.4 kilometers for survey mark SV 267 with UTM coordinates 423460.525, 9740648.0135 thence ; continues for a distance of 1.4 kilometers for survey mark SV28 with UTM coordinates 422959.594, 9739368.582 thence; continues in South- east direction for a distance of 2.8 kilometers for survey mark SV 274 with UTM coordinates 421749.559, 9736650.219 thence; it takes a South direction for a distance of 1.6 kilometers for a point where the road from Bulyaheke for Irenza crosses the boundary thence; it takes a slight change in the same direction for a distance of 3.8 kilometers survey mark SV 276 with UTM coordinates 422019.209, 9736354.744 thence; it takes East direction for a distance of 2.4 kilometers for survey mark SV 275 with UTM coordinates 425857.081, 9736116.829 for the shore of Lake Victoria thence; it takes the North-east direction following the shoreline for a shoreline point in the North where it commenced”.
