The Urban Planning (Ntama Planning Area) Order, 2021

1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Planning (Ntama Planning Area) Order, 2021. Declaration of planning area Cap. 355 Scheme of scheduled area

2. The area described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a planning area for the purposes of the Urban Planning Act.

3. General and Detailed Schemes for the scheduled area shall be prepared and deposited with the Director of Urban Planning and Buchosa District Executive Director. 1 Urban Planning (Ntama Planning Area) GN. NO. 620(Contd.) _________ SCHEDULE _________ The planning area is contained in the following boundaries: “Commencing at the shores of Lake Victoria taking South-east of that area from survey mark SV 507 at UTM coordinates 434788.989, 9744864.092, including Nyonga and Mtama localities inside the boundary, the boundary continue for a distance of 2.6 kilometers to survey mark SV 506 at UTM coordinates 435428.403, 9743949.570, thence; continues in the same direction for a distance of 2.4 kilometers to survey mark SV 528 at UTM coordinates 436890.929, 9741993.536 thence; takes a slight South- east direction with a distance of 1.2 kilometers to survey mark SV 529 at UTM coordinates 437291.694, 9740884.752, thence; takes North-east direction with a distance of 0.9 kilometers to survey mark SV 531 with UTM coordinates 437833.469,9741481,705 thence; continues to North-east direction for a distance of 3.2 kilometers to survey mark SV 534 at UTM coordinates 439365.226, 9742463.499, where it meets Lake Victoria shoreline thence; leads Northward following the shoreline of Lake Victoria up to the survey mark SV 507, where it commenced”.
