The Urban Planning (Nyakaliro Planning Area) Order, 2021

1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Planning (Nyakaliro Planning Area) Order, 2021. Declaration of planning area Cap. 355 Scheme of scheduled area

2. The area described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a planning area for the purposes of the Urban Planning Act.

3. General and Detailed Schemes for the scheduled area shall be prepared and deposited with the Director of Urban Planning and Buchosa District Executive Director. 1 Urban Planning (Nyakaliro Planning Area) Gn. No.621(Contd.) _________ SCHEDULE _________ The planning area is contained in the following boundaries: “Commencing at survey mark SV 440 with UTM coordinates 432605.782, 9730406.822; the boundary follow Southward direction for a distance of 1.3 kilometers to survey mark SV 441 with UTM coordinates 432775.992, 9729131.508, leaving Kalebezo locality outside the boundary, thence; takes a slight South-west direction for a distance of 1.2 kilometers to survey mark SV 442 with UTM coordinates 432341.951, 9728039.454 thence; takes South direction for a distance of 2.8 kilometers to survey mark SV 443 with UTM coordinates 432146.344, 9725199.035 thence; takes a slight South-east direction for a distance of 2.5 kilometers crossing the road to Nyashana to survey mark SV 448 with UTM coordinates 434455.155,9724171,438, thence; takes South-east direction for a distance of 1.3 kilometers to survey mark SV 44 5 with UTM coordinates 435251.919, 9723176.434, leaving Nyashana locality outside the boundary thence; takes North direction for a distance of 2.9 kilometers to survey mark SV 449 with UTM coordinates 435873.664, 9725032.324 at the Lake Victoria shoreline thence; continues Northward following the shoreline of Lake Victoria, to the survey mark SV 440 where it commenced” WILLIAM V.
