The Urban Planning (Kanazi-Bujunangoma Planning Area) Order, 2020

1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Planning (Kanazi-Bujunangoma Planning Area) Order, 2020. Declaration of Planning Area Cap. 355

2. The area prescribed in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a planning area for the purposes of the Urban Planning Act. Scheme of scheduled area

3. General and Detailed schemes for the scheduled area shall be prepared and deposited with the Director of Urban and Rural Planning and Bukoba District Executive Director. __________ SCHEDULE _________ The new planning area is contained in the following boundaries: “Commencing at the junction of Katerero- Bujugo road and Bukoba – Izimbya road at a point with UTM coordinates 358742,9841363 taking the northern direction to a distance of 0.5 kilometers where it meets Byazi river at a point with UTM coordinates 358550,9841926, then it takes the western direction to a distance of 1.17 kilometers following Byazi river passing through UTM coordinates 357655,9840979, continues to a distance of 1.3 kilometers to a point with UTM coordinates 357346,9840939, then it goes to that direction following the river to a distance of 0.2 kilometers at a point with UTM coordinates 357134,9841007, it continues to a distance of 0.9 kilometers up to Kishala wetland at a point with UTM coordinates 356217,9841075, from there it takes the southern direction passing through Ilanumi hills to a distance of 2.5 kilometers where it meets Bukoba - Izimbya road at a point with UTM coordinates 356786,9838482, from there takes the eastern direction along Bukoba - Izimbya road to a distance of 2.9 kilometers up to the junction of Bukoba - Izimbya road and 1 Urban Planning (Kanazi-Bujunangoma Planning Area) GN NO. 61 (contd.) Bukoba- Kanazi- Muleba road at a point with UTM coordinates 359567,9838391, from that junction it takes the northern direction along Bukoba – Izimbya road to adistance of 3.12 Kilometers where it meets the junction of Bukoba – Izimbya road and Katerero – Bujugo road at a point with UTM coordinates 358742,9841363 ” back to the commencing point.
