Facilities QDS dealers must have appropriate facilities for seed harvesting, cleaning, storage, and bagging. Sweetpotato seed crops must not be grown on land that grew sweetpotato in the previous crop, sites should be free of visible pests and diseases, and QDS crops must meet isolation distance requirements.
