About this statute

This Notice may be cited as the Urban Planning (Implementation) (Mwanza General Planning Scheme) Order, 2020. The Mwanza Master Plan is deposited at specified offices, and from publication of the Notice all development within Mwanza City Council must comply with the Scheme. Any person may inspect the Scheme at the places where it is deposited, subject to the Urban Planning Act.
