This Notice may be cited as the Urban Planning (Shinyanga General Planning Scheme) (Implementation) Order, 2020. From publication of this Notice, all development within Shinyanga Municipal Council must comply with the Scheme. Any person may inspect the Scheme at places where it is deposited, subject to the Urban Planning Act.
