The Urban Planning (Urban Farming) (Amendments) Regulations, 2019

1. The Urban Planning (Urban Farming) (Amendments) Regulations, 2019 and shall be read as one with the Urban Planning (Urban Farming) Regulations, 2018 hereinafter referred to as the “principal Regulations”. Amendment of regulation 2

The principal Regulations is amended in regulation 2 by inserting in its alphabetical order the following- ““horticulture” means garden cultivation; “viticulture” means grape growing; “floriculture” means cultivation of flowers; “stirpiculture” means breeding or special stocks or strains; “arboriculture” means cultivation of trees and shrubs; “silviculture” means tree growing; “apiculture” means bee-keeping; “sericulture” means silk-worm breeding; “menagerie” means collection of wild animals in captivity for display; “vivarium” means artificially created place for keeping animals in nearly their natural state; “terrarium” means vivarium for terrestrial animals; “aviculture” means bird rearing/keeping; “aviary” means large cage or building for keeping birds; 1 Urban Planning (Urban Farming) (Amendments) GN.
