The Wildlife Conservation (Administration and Management of Pasiansi Wildlife Training Institute) (Amendment) Regulations, 2022

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Wildlife (Administration and Management of Conservation (Amendment) Institute) Pasiansi Wildlife Training Regulations, 2022 and shall be read as one with the Wildlife Conservation (Administration and Management of Pasiansi Wildlife Training Institute) Regulations, 2020 hereinafter referred to as the “principal Regulations”.

2. The principal Regulations are amended by the deleting regulation 37 and substituting for following: it "Examination irregularities

37.-(1) A candidate shall not commit any examination irregularity. (2) Examination irregularity in subregulation (1) shall referred include- (a) entering an examination room with unauthorised material, copying work of another candidate during test, examination copying notes or other during materials examination test, collaborating with another or or 1 Wildlife Conservation (Admnistration and Management of Pasiansi Wildlife Training Institute) (Amendment) GN. NO. 107 (Contd.) during candidate examination or test or falsifying examination or test results; (b) eye shifting and peeping at candidate’s another examination or test; (c) paper impersonation; (d) copying another student’s academic work; (e) access to examination or test questions prior to sitting for the examination; (f) starting an examination or being before test authorised; (g) continuing with examination or test after being told to stop; (h) communicating with other candidates either verbally through other means or during the examination; (j) removing (i) permitting another candidate to copy from or use one’s scripts or papers; without permission examination answer booklets or sheets from the examination room; (k) distortion or violation of officially arranged sitting in an examination plan room; (l) failing to comply with any rules, examination instructions, regulations or directions given by an invigilator; (m) causing commotion of any 2 Wildlife Conservation (Admnistration and Management of Pasiansi Wildlife Training Institute) (Amendment) GN. NO. 107 (Contd.) in kind room; the examination (n) failure by any candidate to sign on a form or report linking an him examination irregularity; (o) destroying any evidence to any suspected to related irregularity; or (p) any other act or omission reasonably that may be considered as examination irregularity the Principal. by (3) A candidate who commits any examination irregularity shall be discontinued from studies. (4) A staff shall not commit any examination irregularity. (5) Examination irregularity referred to under subregulation (4) shall include- (a) falsifying examination or test results; (b) selling examination or test questions; (c) destroying related irregularity; any evidence to any suspected (d) attempting any academic work on behalf of the candidate; or (e) any other act or omission that may be reasonably considered as examination irregularity by the Principal. 3 Wildlife Conservation (Admnistration and Management of Pasiansi Wildlife Training Institute) (Amendment) GN.
