1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Planning (Peramiho Planning Area) Order, 2022. Declaration of planning area Cap. 355

2. The area described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a planning area for the purposes of the Urban Planning Act. Scheme of scheduled area

NO.296 (Contd.) ______ SCHEDULE _________ (Made under paragraph 2) The planning area is contained in the following boundaries: “Commencing at the source of Lundusi river beacon number MOR 07 with coordinates E760012, N8824013 thence, the boundary moves up to Southeast along 347º 41’ 08’’ to beacon number MOR 4 with coordinates E761013, N8829437 thence moves Northeast along 318º 54’ 10’’ to beacon number MOR 5 with coordinates E762659, N8827644 along Luwawasi river thence moves along Luwawasi river Northeast until where the river crosses Mwanamonga - Peramiho road, thence moves along Mwanamonga-Peramiho road at West to join the tributary of Lundusi river thence move to North, thence West along the tributary of Lundusi river until where Lundusi river crosses Peramiho - Mgazini road thence moves Southwest to beacon number VSJ 77 with coordinates E759766, N8832911 of the boundary at the source of Lundusi river, thence moves to South along Lundusi river to beacon number MOR 6 with coordinates E760564, N8826686 of the boundary thence to Southwest along Lundusi river until where the river joins its tributary, thence moves along Lundusi river tributary Southeast until its source at beacon number MORO 7 with coordinates E760012, N8824013 to the point of commencement.” Dodoma, 12th April, 2022 ANGELINE S.
