1. This Order may be cited as the Urban Planning (Scheme of Regularisation - Mkongotema) Order, 2022. Declaration of planning area Cap. 355

2. The area described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a planning area (scheme of regularisation) for the purposes of the Urban Planning Act. Scheme of scheduled area

NO.311 (Contd.) _________ SCHEDULE __________ (Made under paragraph 2) The planning area is contained in the following boundaries: “Commmencing at a point with coordinates 771516.950 E, 8906642.610 N, thence the boundary moves in South-East direction on a bearing S49053’41’’E for a distance of 0.629 kilometres to point with coordinates 771997.860 E, 8906237.570 N, thence in South-West direction on a bearing S31029’05’’W for a distance of 1.260 kilometres to a point with coordinates 771340.000 E, 8905163.400 N, thence in South-West direction on a bearing S54059’58’’W for a distance of 2.474 kilometres to a point with coordinates 769313.810 E, 8903744.610 N, thence in North-West direction on bearing N28028’50’’W for a distance of 0.626 kilometres to a point with coordinates 769015.303 E, 8904294.833 N, thence in North-East direction on bearing N46049’02’’E for a distance of 3.431 kilometres to the point of commencement.” .
