Diplomatic Privileges Act

Section 1. Articles to have the force of law Section Articles 22, 23, 24 and 27 to 40 of the Vienna Convention shall have the force of law and references in those articles to the receiving State shall, for this purpose, be construed as references to the Republic of Uganda.

Section 2. International organisations Section The President may, by statutory instrument, make regulations extending any or all of the immunities and privileges conferred on diplomatic agents by virtue of this Act to prescribed organisations and prescribed representatives and officials, subject to such conditions and limitations as may be prescribed.
