Section 2. Notifiable disease Section COVID – 19 is declared to be a notifiable disease for the purposes of the Public Health Act.

Section 3

Section 3. Application of act Section Section 11 (Power to make Rules), Part IV (Prevention and Suppression of Infectious Diseases) and section 36 (Power to Enforce Precautions at Boarders) of the Public Health Act shall apply to COVID – 19.

Section 4. Duration of order Section This Order shall expire on notification by the Minister.
