Section 1. Interpretation Section In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, "treaty" includes a convention, agreement or other arrangement made under article 123(1) of the Constitution.

Section 6. Rules Section The Minister responsible for foreign affairs may, in consultation with the Attorney General, by statutory instrument, make rules for giving effect to this Act.
