About this statute
Defines "bank" as the Eastern and Southern African Trade and Development Bank established by the charter of the member States of the Preferential Trade Area of the Eastern and Southern African States on 12th July 1985. Section 2. Financial provisions Section 2(1) There shall be charged and paid out of the Consolidated Fund without further appropriation than this Act all payments required to be made from time to time by the Government to the bank under Articles 24 and 43 of the charter set out in the Schedule to this Act shall have the force of law in Uganda.
