Section 1

Title

Section Title Section These Regulations may be cited as the Uganda Citizenship and Immigration Control (Fees) Regulations, 2021.

Section 2

Fees

Section Fees Section The fees specified in the Schedule to these Regulations shall be the fees payable for the matters specified in the Schedule .

Section 3

Waiver of fees

Section Waiver of fees Section The fees specified in Part II of the Schedule to these Regulations, relating to work permits shall not apply— to a national of Rwanda or Kenya; or to a refugee who is gainfully employed.

Section Revocation of S.I No. 13 of 2016, S.I No. 52 of 2016 and S.I No. 49 of 2018 Section The following Regulations are revoked— the Uganda Citizenship and Immigration Control (Fees) Regulations, 2016; the Uganda Citizenship and Immigration Control (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2016; and the Uganda Citizenship and Immigration Control (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018.
