Be it enacted by the Queen’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:— After section 70 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 there shall be inserted the following section— Subject to subsection (2), section 283 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971 and section 269 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972 (which provide for the service of notices and other documents) shall apply to notices and other documents required or authorised to be served or given under this Act. Subsections (2) and (3) of the said section 283 shall not apply to a notice required to be served under paragraph 2 of Schedule 14.
