The following enactments are hereby repealed:— in section 30(3) of the Maintenance Orders (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act 1972, paragraph (b) and the word “and” immediately preceding it. This Act may be cited as the Affiliation Proceedings (Amendment) Act 1972. This Act shall not extend to Scotland or . . . to Northern Ireland. This Act shall come into force at the expiration of the period of three months beginning with the day on which it is passed.
