Florida Statutes § 958.06 — Suspension of sentence by court.

The court may, within 60 days after sentence is imposed and on motion of the defendant or on its own motion, suspend the sentence and place the defendant on probation in a community control program. The department must send the court relevant progress material at least 3 working days before the hearing on the motion.
