11.243 Publishing Florida Statutes; price, sale.—(1) The Office of Legislative Services shall continue the statutory revision system heretofore adopted in this state and shall bring the general acts of the Legislature within the revision system, as promptly after the adjournment of the legislative session as possible. (2) All copies of the Florida Statutes shall be delivered by the printer to the Office of Legislative Services, which shall distribute copies to the public and governmental entities, including the judicial branch, at a price to be fixed by the Office of Legislative Services. (3) All moneys collected from the sale of the Florida Statutes or other publications shall be deposited in the Grants and Donations Trust Fund within the Legislature.
