HRS § 11-74 - Meetings of precinct officials; procedure; oaths

The chairperson of the precinct officials shall preside at all meetings of the precinct officials. Any decision of the precinct officials shall require a majority vote of the precinct officials in the unit or precinct. In all cases under this title, where duties are to be performed by the chairperson of the precinct officials, the duties may be performed by one of the other precinct officials, whenever the chairperson is temporarily absent or is otherwise for the time being unable to perform the duties.
