Iowa Code § 103A.11 - Rules

1. The commissioner shall adopt rules pursuant to chapter 17A which are necessary for the implementation of this chapter. 2. The text of any proposed rule shall be made available for inspection at the office of the commissioner and shall be distributed to the governmental subdivisions which have adopted the state building code, and to any other person who requests a copy. 3. Copies of every rule shall be sent by the commissioner to all governmental subdivisions which have adopted the state building code. 4. The provisions of this section shall not apply to any rule relating solely to the internal operations of the office of the commissioner and council.
