The gross amount of premiums received by a life insurance company or association for an employer-owned life insurance contract which has not been allocated to another state shall be allocated to this state for purposes of section 432.1, subsection 1, if either of the following is applicable: (1) The contract is issued or delivered in this state. (2) The company or association is domiciled in this state. b. To the extent that premiums are allocated to this state pursuant to paragraph “a”, the provisions of section 505.14 are not applicable to those premiums. c.
