41-2623a. Licensure qualifications for limited liability company. (a) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any limited liability company applying for a license under the club and drinking establishment act shall be required to meet the qualifications for licensure of a corporation under K.S.A. 41-2623, and amendments thereto. (b) Any limited liability company applying for a license under the club and drinking establishment act shall submit a copy of its articles of organization and operating agreement to the director in such form and manner as prescribed by the director. (c) This section shall be a part of and supplemental to the club and drinking establishment act. History: L. 2015, ch. 82, § 9; July 1.
