§5536. Remedies of creditors All laws and rules and all remedies and processes now or hereafter made available to creditors for the protection or enforcement of their rights under mortgages affecting immovables shall be available to creditors of obligations secured by mortgages affecting ships; the right of executory process is hereby specifically granted to all creditors on work, materials, and components and completed ships as hereinabove set forth whether their rights shall arise under the terms of authentic act or acts under private signature duly acknowledged.
