105.713. Report to general assembly, settlements and judgments paid from legal expense fund — contents. — 1. By no later than September 30, 2018, and the last day of each calendar month thereafter, the attorney general and the commissioner of administration shall submit a report to the general assembly detailing all settlements and judgments paid in the previous month from the state legal expense fund, including: (1) Each payment from such fund, which shall include the case name and number of any settlement payments from such fund; (2) Each individual deposit to such fund, including: (a) The transferring state fund's name and section number authorizing the transfer of such funds; and (b) The case name and case number that corresponds to any expenses authorized under section 105.711 for which the deposit is being made; and (3) The total amount of expenses from such fund's creation for each case included in the report. 2. In cases concerning the legal expenses incurred by the department of transportation, department of conservation, or a public institution that awards baccalaureate degrees, the report required under subsection 1 of this section shall be submitted by the legal counsel provided by the respective entity and by the designated keeper of accounts of the respective entity.
