321.040. Contents of petition. — The petition shall set forth: (1) The name of the proposed district consisting of a chosen name preceding the words "fire protection district"; (2) An estimate of the number of inhabitants and of the assessed valuation of the taxable tangible property of the district, and of the yield from the intangible personal property located in the district; (3) The estimated cost of the proposed improvements; (4) A general description of the boundaries of the district or the territory to be included therein, with such certainty as to enable a property owner to determine whether or not his property is within the district, and a plat of the proposed district; (5) Such other data and information as may be useful to the court in determining the necessity for the organization of the district; (6) A prayer for the organization of the district.
